Returns: If you receive the Embroidery and are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days. We will gladly refund your money if you ship the embroidery back to us undamaged. you will receive a refund within 7 days of our receiving the return.

Damage in shipping: Please report any damage to the shipping company and us. Each package is insured prior to shipping, but you are responsible for reporting the problem.
